SUMMARY
Assuming that the search for a new model of study has begun, it is necessary to define the educational process at the FA STU in a more appropriate way, and to open the question of academic relationships as well. Even the best model of the curriculum or of the organizational structure remains outside academic life if we do not try to cultivate the relationships between the pedagogues and the students, as well as among the pedagogues themselves.
