SUMMARY
Reforms at universities cannot be predicted without connections to the structure of education at high schools. Harmonization is in the hands of the state educational policy – there can be no entrance exams and the number of accepted students can be increased. A better connection of architects’ education with the practice is required. There should be great emphasis on the architects working at the regional and municipal levels, especially in the field of town and country planning. The transformation process should reflect all the former periods of national development.
