Ivan Vorel

SUMMARY

The shift in opinions of architects about park and landscape architecture has been manifested by a more complete education of landscape planning subjects. Landscape architecture does not only involve work with the physical elements of the natural but with nature and its processes. One obligatory subject is devoted to the issues of cultural and historical and aesthetics values. The optional subjects are focused on knowledge of and use of floriculture and are coincided by the studio of landscape architecture with the possibility to elaborate a more detailed design of landscape architecture. The last term is devoted to the historical and contemporary park art. The number of students that are applying for this studio exceeds its capacity.
